  • First off, we appreciate you considering Frank & Co. for your next interior remodeling project. After you fill out our initial intake form, we’ll reach out to schedule an initial design consultation. We’ll use this meeting to discuss project goals and objectives, measure and photograph relevant spaces, discuss timelines, scope, budget, and answer any and all questions you may have.

  • We approach every project with the goal of finding the best combination of style and value for our clients. Our experiences have found a minimum investment of $50,000 per room allows us to comfortably meet the needs and intricacies of each project.

  • We will provide design consultation to contractors as requested by our clients. Clients are responsible for the hiring and managing of contractors, unless otherwise agreed upon, but we will notify you if anything seems unusual or the quality of work isn’t up to our standards.

  • At Frank & Co. we know that having design work done inside your home while you may be living there can be stressful. We will work with you and your schedule to complete your projects in as timely a manner as possible. An estimation of ~22 weeks from initial consultation to final completion of project is part of our normal scope, but times can vary.

  • We will work with designers to custom order pieces for our clients, and collaborate with both parties to minimize any unnecessary back and forth. Custom orders are expected to be paid in full before work is started and once we commit to a piece and it has been ordered, it can’t be returned. Our experiences have led to us delivering many custom pieces to our satisfied clients.
